Provided editorial governance and led on copy creation for global internal training modules and facilitation guides.

DHL Express needed help with a rebrand and update to their global internal training for managers, supervisors and team leaders in query handling contact centres. Celadon worked in collaboration with another agency to lead on the copy requirements for this project.

Jessica began by rewriting existing course modules to update them with a new style guide. Going through each of the modules in depth meant she was able to spot and correct inconsistencies, and in some cases suggest where new exercises should be added, working directly with the Global Supply Chain Training Lead to create these.

Once the courses were finalised she created comprehensive, slide-by-slide facilitation notes for the trainers who would be running them. Jessica was responsible for editorial governance across all assets for the entire project.
